There comes a point in our lives when we say, ‘enough is enough – no more!’  This programme is for you if you have been traumatised in some way from chronic and sustained exposure to stress, whatever the source and you just need to rebuild and start again.

You need to have some space just for you every week.  You get to strengthen your bounce-back muscle with your coach cheering you on. Your body and mind become healthier and stronger in time and you begin to feel so much more alive. We will work together to help you meet your goals, delivering a simple, achievable, and realistic plan that is bespoke to you.

03 Health & Wellbeing

It can be hard when living with a chronic condition that requires on-going support and management. Sometimes even knowing where to start  with your diet and nourishment can be a challenge in itself.

With so much confusing and conflicting dietary information, figuring out the most appropriate diet and lifestyle that works for you and your circumstances can be a struggle in itself!

Everyone experiences their chronic condition differently.  When we work together, I take the time to understand what is important to you, your health and wellbeing; your circumstances and lifestyle.
