Please note all Personalised Nutrition and Health Programmes MUST be completed within the time allocated. We appreciate that this might not always be possible, but to ensure you get the most out of your experience and support, programmes must be completed no later than 3 weeks after their due date.
Payment is in full at the time of booking the first appointment by BACS transfer, credit or debit card or PayPal. Please ask about our payment plan option.
As the programmes are specifically designed around supporting you in optimising your health and well-being, the recommendation is to schedule your face-to-face appointments at the time of payment. A minimum of 24-hours’ notice is required for cancellation of appointments. Any appointments cancelled within 24-hours will forfeit the session. Please give as much notice as possible when rescheduling an appointment to enable someone else to benefit from any released time slot.
